Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before downloading the SS7 APK or registering an account. By accessing ss7in.in or logging into the SS7 App, you agree to be bound by the rules outlined below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Accessing this website or installing the official SS7 Game application constitutes your full agreement to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any clause on this page, please discontinue use of the site and uninstall the application immediately.
2. User Eligibility (18+ Only)
- You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding agreement.
- You must reside in a jurisdiction or Indian state where participation in online skill and casual gaming platforms is permitted by local law.
3. Account Registration & Single-ID Rule
- One Account Per Player: Each user is permitted to register only one (1) account linked to a unique Indian mobile number, device ID, and UPI/bank account.
- Credential Security: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your SS7 login password and SMS OTP codes. The platform is not liable for losses resulting from shared credentials.
- Anti-Abuse Policy: Creating multiple accounts (“multi-accounting”) to exploit welcome bonuses or referral commissions will result in an immediate permanent ban across all linked profiles.
4. Wallet Deposits, Bonuses & Withdrawals
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are displayed clearly inside the SS7 App wallet dashboard.
- Standard identity or KYC verification may be required prior to processing UPI or bank withdrawals to prevent fraud.
- Promotional rewards, daily check-in coins, and referral commissions are subject to specific in-app turnover and event rules.
5. Fair Play & Anti-Cheat Enforcement
SS7 utilizes automated anti-cheat monitoring. Any attempt to use modified/hacked APK files, third-party automation bots, packet sniffers, or system exploits will trigger immediate account termination and forfeiture of any remaining in-app balance.
6. Platform Availability & Updates
While we strive for 99.9% server uptime, occasional maintenance windows or network disruptions may occur. Users are advised to keep the SS7 APK updated to the latest release from ss7in.in to avoid compatibility errors.
7. Account Suspension & Termination
Management reserves the right to pause, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account found violating these Terms & Conditions, engaging in fraudulent chargebacks, or abusing support staff, without prior notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
ss7in.in and the SS7 platform provide information and software on an “as-is” basis. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from poor mobile internet connectivity, third-party UPI gateway delays, or individual gameplay decisions.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Users remain responsible for complying with the specific state regulations applicable to their place of residence.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms take effect immediately upon publication on this page.
